AAOS Scientific Poster

NationalRad President MICHAEL B. ZLATKIN, MD, FRCPC and NationalRad Medical Director TIMOTHY G. SANDERS, MD joined forces for a scientific poster at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL in late March. The study, entitled Abnormal Findings in Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Asymptomatic Ankles, prospectively obtained 70 ankle MRIs on 48 individuals. All MRIs were reviewed by Dr. Zlatkin and Dr. Sanders. The study found that abnormalities commonly identified in ankle MRIs may be asymptomatic.
