Edit Demographics and Enter Clinical Notes Directly with InteleConnect

NationalRad Referring Physician Portal

Did you know that by using our referring client web portal, technologists can edit patient demographics, as well as enter clinical notes, for all diagnostic studies?

If you are looking for an alternative to faxing paperwork over to NationalRad, contact us to learn how we can improve your workflow. Using our web portal, your technologists can perform all quality assurance (QA) functions on your studies before they even reach the NationalRad staff. This allows you to ensure all patient names are spelled correctly, all medical records numbers are correct, all dates are accurate, etc.

Contact our implementation team via email at IMPLEMENTATION@NATIONALRAD.COM or by phone at 877.734.6674 if you are interested in learning more about improving your workflow via our web portal.

NationalRad Supports Wounded Warrior Project at the AAOE Annual Conference

Wounded Warrior Project Logo

NationalRad is pleased to announce its sponsorship of WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT (WWP) at the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) Annual Conference, May 31 - June 3, 2014.

NationalRad will host a WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT VIRTUAL 8K RUN in Washington DC during the conference. WWP hosts 8K runs around the country to raise money for the organization, and now offers virtual runs for those that are not able to participate in an organized event.

This year, AAOE's Annual Conference reception, held on Sunday night of the conference, includes a craft beer tasting and an exhibitor competition. Exhibitors are encouraged to enter the competition by dressing up their booths in sports themes. NationalRad will be dressing up its booth as a road running course to honor the WWP Virtual 8K Run.

For each conference attendee that stops by the booth and submits a ticket for our raffle, we'll donate $5 to the Wounded Warrior Project, up to a $250 maximum contribution. The lowest we'll dontate to WWP is $100. Make sure you come by our booth to help us support WWP and enter the raffle! We'll be giving a WWP t-shirt to the lucky raffle winner.

If you have any questions about AAOE or are interested in registering for our WWP Virtual 8K Run, contact Elaine Bresnahan at EBRESNAHAN@NATIONALRAD.COM or by phone at 877.734.6674. We hope to see you there!

March ICD-10 Tip of the Month: Keep Preparing

The Senate voted last week to delay ICD-10 implementation by at least a year. As we watch this unfold, we recommend continuing to speak with vendors and assess your systems, processes, resources and personnel so that you've planned ahead when a new deadline is set.

If you would like more information on the ICD-10 delay, we recommend performing an online search for "ICD-10 Delay" and reviewing the numerous articles that appear in search results.
