Start Using Exciting New Referring Physician Portal Features Now!
In early June, we will be updating our NationalRad PACS infrastructure to the newest version available. As part of this upgrade, we will have some exciting new features to offer our clients via the referring physician portal, which all of our clients use to access patient reports.
Below is a list of a few of the new enhancements you can expect with your PACS upgrade:
1. InteleConnect now supports the technologist workflow by providing technologists with the ability to correct patient demographics and study information, change order status, and complete orders all in one location. In
addition, techs can now see all orders regardless of the order status.
2. Users can now create their own patient lists by using filters.
3. When users search for an order, InteleConnect now displays current patient and order, as well as patients and
order that are a likely match to the current patient.
4. The InteleConnect image viewer has been improved. It now offers multiple viewport windows, thumbnail view,
and better zooming.
Please note that no action is needed from you or your organization. The upgrade will be automatically applied to your account. If you have any questions about the new features within the referring physician / facility portal, please contact our IT department at 877.734.6674.
For more helpful IT hints, please remember to check the newsletter every month.
